Many kids from Beth Jacob go to Camp Ramah every summer and we have a bus to take them from our parking lot to camp and back again. We offer camp scholarships so that financial circumstances won’t keep children from attending.
“Camp Ramah is 150 acres of magical space, tucked away in the heart of Wisconsin’s Northwoods. In this space, campers and staff members from around the Midwest and Israel join together each summer to create an exceptional Jewish community.
“Founded in 1947, Camp Ramah in Wisconsin builds Jewish lives and Jewish leaders through:
- the cultivation of lasting friendships and relationships;
- holistic Jewish living that translates our rich cultural and religious history into a compelling contemporary reality; and
- the experiential fun of an immersive summer camp setting.
“Campers feel like Ramah is their second home, a place where they have fun, learn new skills, gain independence and build lifelong friendships.”
