Beth Jacob Congregation in the Twin Cities is seeking a Director of Congregational Learning to lead Limudim, our innovative, multi-generational education program. We’re looking for someone passionate about creating meaningful Jewish learning experiences for all ages—from our vibrant children’s programs and b’nai mitzvah preparation to adult education.
This full-time position offers competitive salary ($75-110K depending on qualifications) and benefits. When this position is held by a rabbi, they will also share rabbinic responsibilities with our Senior Rabbi, Rabbi Tamar Magill-Grimm, such as leading services, pastoral care and officiating at lifecycle events.
