Our shul runs smoothly due to the strong involvement from our lay leadership. As we start to hold communal kiddush again, we are once again asking you to sign up to help on Shabbat Morning. This is a mitzvah that we ask of all members of our community. We are looking for 6 people to help with Kitchen Crew and 4 Greeters each week.
Greeters work in two different shifts from 9-10:30 am and 10:30 am-12 pm. As we try to ensure a safe building, a welcoming face at the door is very important. The greeter’s main role is to open the front doors and welcome our community. We are no longer checking COVID vaccination cards.
The Kitchen Crew has two shifts: The Prep shift from 10 am-12 pm will help set up for the Kiddush, warm the food, and cut the challah. The second Clean-up shift will help serve the meal and clean up. This shift begins at 12:00 pm and concludes around 1:30 pm.
Please choose the upcoming date that works best for you. We understand that some might not be comfortable coming back in person. If this is the case, please email Branden Block at firstname.lastname@example.org to be placed on the list for winter.
